Peter Loughlin's Bio

Author, Lawyer, Public Speaker, Internet Radio Host, Entrepreneur and Marketing Consultant -- Peter J. Loughlin, Esq. holds a JD and a LL.M degree in International Tax Law and Financial Services (Summa Cum Laude). He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, State Bar of California, American Immigration Lawyers Association and has been admitted to the U. S. Supreme Court and U.S. Tax Court.

Peter is a former public servant with the City of New York. He started his career with entry-level titles such as sanitation worker and police officer—quickly advancing to supervisory and managerial positions of lieutenant, superintendent, investigative auditor and director of labor management.

After 20+ years of dedicated public service he 'retired' and moved to Naples Florida with his wife, Ewa and co-founded the Goldman & Loughlin Law Firm, an International immigration and tax law firm.

A member of the Board of Academic Advisers and Professors of the American Academy of Financial Management, and Distinguished Fellow of the Royal Society of Fellows he practices in the field of Immigration Law and pre-immigration tax planning, Tax Law and Veterans Advocacy.
